  • I can't login to my account.
    Make sure you type in the provided username and password as shown in your email. Use the right case letters (make sure Caps Lock is not on). If you are still having an issue, please submit an IT ticket in your Wilber portal.
  • What product quality should i expect?
    We hand selected and tested all items to make sure you receive the best quality for the price. Obviously a premium $40 polo will be nicer quality than a $12 polo. But we made sure that the $12 polo is the best polo you can get for the price.
  • Does the price include shipping?
    No, but we offer a variety of shipping choices with many free shipping options.
  • What is the cost of shipping?
    We offer a few options when it comes to shipping. Free options include delivery to the office and delivery to remote employees. Employees ordering in-home delivery but working in-house will be charged a standard shipping fee.
  • How do i pay for my order?
    Payments are deducted from your next paycheck. At checkout you will see a message to approve payroll deductions.
  • What is your return policy?
    Custom orders are made on demand just for you. No return on custom items. But of course there can be exceptions. Please open an HR ticket in case you have serious issues, and considering a return. Items must be brand new, never worn or used.
  • How do i make sure i order the right size?
    Make sure to read the product description. it should indicate any special sizing requirements if applies. You may also consider materials and how they needed to be treated. Some materials shrink more than others.
  • Does wilber make any profit on these?
    No. These items and prices are set buy our printers. We did not add any margin on top of the price. Actually, in many cases we even pay for shipping.
  • Can i share the items with someone outside of Wilber?
    While sharing the link to an item is possible, they will not be able buy anything. To complete the purchase you must be logged in as a Wilber employee.
  • How do i create an account?
    All wilber employees will received a login at hiring. Please contact HR in case you have not received your login.
  • Do you have other color choices?
    We try to keep with the brand colors, but some items look so amazing you will find other colors than just blue and orange. We are also limited by what the printers offer. Some shirts only come in 2 colors, others will have 15 choices.
  • Where is my order?
    Orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on your shipping preferences. If its been longer than 2-3 weeks, please contact your HR department, by opening a new ticket.
